Terms, Conditions and Procedures of ICAN Advertising (Pvt) Ltd

  1. Advertiser’s Account

    1. Advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information it provides in accessing the Bannercuts Platform and/or advertising services. Advertiser must diligently protect its account password and take all measures to prevent unauthorized access. Advertiser shall be solely responsible for any unauthorized usage.

    2. If Advertiser’s account has been compromised or is being used in an unauthorized manner, Advertiser must immediately notify Bannercuts.com. Advertiser is responsible for checking and reviewing from time to time its account and account activity.

    3. Reporting

      1. Bannercuts platform provides the Advertiser with automated reports and the advertiser can access the reports through their account on each advertising post through the Platform.

    4. Confidentiality

      Any confidential information and/or proprietary data provided by one party (“Discloser”) to the other party (“ Recipient”), including the Advertisement descriptions and the pricing of the Advertisement and the terms hereof, shall be deemed “ Confidential Information” of the Discloser.

     Note:  Advertiser’s Guidelines

    Advertiser campaigns shall not include in any way:

    Ads or any other content that is related to:

    • Tech support ads or other browser locking ads.

    • Adware, malware, viruses, phishing offers, social engineering or any other kind of unsafe google safe browsing campaigns as published by Google Inc.

    • Misleading ads, Ads that provide false information to the user including, but not limited to, Ads that contain false or deceptive investment advice or massages such as “your software is outdated”, “your device is infected” or “viruses found” etc.

    • Sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content (whether in text or graphics).

    • Illegal activity, substance or any other unlawful behavior or conduct.

    • Speech or images that are offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability or otherwise)

    • Graphic violence.

    • Ads that are designed to appeal to persons under the age of 18 or the minimum legal age at which individuals may use the Ad Units, in the Target Countries listed in the IO, according to Applicable Law.

    • Drugs and or pharmaceutical applications.

    • Purchase of weapons/military equipment.

  2. Online Payments & Refunds

    1. We accept payment with credit or debit card and other online payment methods. You must pay for advertisements before publishing them.

    2. We have implemented the following security measures to provide you peace of mind when you make a payment on our website

      1. Our website uses high-level Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption technology, which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. This allows your payment card details to be transmitted securely when you make a payment online. You can tell a website is secure if you see a closed padlock and “https” instead of “http” at the front of the domain name in your browser address window.

    3. Once you have successfully purchased an advertisement via online payment or any other payment method, we are reviewing your advertisement and its content. Once reviewing is complete, your advetisement will be published on our website according to the options you have selected.

    4. For advertisements we are not refunding in any way once you have made a payment via online payment or any other payment method. We asume you are advertising on our website with your absolute will. You can edit/modify your advertised content during its active period or you may change its content to a different advertisement if you don't want your published advertisement any more. Of course any kind of modification to your advertisement will be reviewed again.

    5. Once you have purchased an advertisment, please contact support if you don't receive any avertisement or having problems with your advertisements.

  3. Suspension / Termination of Membership

    If you are proven to be guilty for at least one of the following illegal offences, then ICAN Advertising (Pvt)Ltd. reserves the authority and rights to terminate your membership.

    1. If you delegate your uploading or viewing of advertisement to any other party.

    2. when inspected by the Company, if you are proved to be guilty of not uploading or viewing the Advertisements by yourself.

    3. Upon receiving a credible complaint against you and after a thorough investigation on matter concerned, if you found guilty.

    4. If you fail to work according to the Business plan continuously for 30 days.

    5. If you try to convince the new prospective members by giving incorrect information regarding the company, advertising opportunities and its' earnings.

    6. Involving in any illegal activity which would tarnish the image and reputation of ICAN Advertising (Pvt)Ltd.
